Engineering
and Procurement
The engineering activities include the study of the process,
based mostly on Engitec’s own know-how, to best fit the Customer’s
needs.The
process information are elaborated to produce the specifications
and drawings for the procurement of the commercial equipment
and the manufacturing of the proprietary ones.
The
Procurement includes the purchasing, inspection, expediting,
quality and document control activities, as well as the arrangement
of the freight to site.

Project
Management
For each project, Engitec appoints a Project Management Team
assigned for the life of the project. The team, Lead by a
Project Manager in collaboration with the Project Engineer,
is responsible for the workmanlike execution of the project,
in accordance with the contractual obligations.

Construction
and Commissioning
Engitec assists the Customer during the construction, the commissioning
and the start-up of the plants, until all guarantees are met
and the plant is taken over by the Client.
Engitec
Technologies supplies medium size industrial plants throughout
the world, offering its services from the definition of the
technology up to the turn key construction, start-up, commissioning
and taking over by the Client.

Research
and Development
The R&D group collaborates with the process engineers for
the characterization of the Client’s input materials and products
and to scale-up the new technologies from the laboratory to
pilot plant stage and finally up to the commercial scale plant. |
Operators
Training
From the early stages of the Project, Engitec begins to draw
up the operating and maintenance manuals. During plant commissioning,
the training of the operating personnel and of the maintenance
technicians of the Costumer is achieved by instruction in
the classroom and practical experience in the field, so that
the personnel can be fully operational at plant take over.

Spare
Parts Management
Engitec’s Spare Parts Engineer assists the Clients for the
procurement of the equipment spare and wear parts and for
the assistance to the proper repairing.
Technology
assistance and up-dating Engitec Senior Technologist
are available to assist the Client during the production setting-up
or to transfer their experience for production problem solving.
